We've been collecting the state quarters for a long time now and the holder we used to keep them in got ruined so for Fathers Day Ken got new holders to organize them . This weekend he started placing them in their appropriate spots.
One holder is for ones struck in the Denver mint and the other has the P for the Pennsylvania mint on them. It seemed to involve a hammer too !!!! :-) Only a few are missing. It is harder for us to find the Pennsylvania mint ones here in the west. He got holders for the new "America the Beautiful" quarters that have started this year, commemorating all the National Parks. I have yet to see one tho but we are gonna keep watching !

ReplyDeleteWe kinda gave up on our quarter search awhile ago...still have the quarters. Maybe I'll just spend them! ;-) I like your new blog wallpaper and the pretty quilt on top.
