When it ended he got to go and show me his classroom this year and I got to meet his teacher and see his desk. Then we all went to McDonalds for a treat and to play on the toys. What a fun last day of school for everyone!

Aiden's school
I got to go to Aiden's school this week on their last day before break, for their assembly honoring the kids in their "character counts" program. Aiden got a red ribbon to wear all day at school and got to stand with the other first graders receiving awards. It was great to see how the schools have evolved in their teaching of basic good character morals. Neat songs and motions all led by the music teacher, very fun and upbeat, the kids love it.
