Yep, just like we figured, the "hostage/murder" house went up for sale this week. Ken said he was surprised it took that long but I'm sure there were things to "fix" inside....bullet holes in sheet rock etc. YIKES ! So all you house selling guru's does a violent act like that in a house have to be disclosed? Sure don't blame the man, don't think I could have gone back there at all. So now we have 1. the house that burned down and 2. the murder house. And....
to make sure the street is fully decorated, the guy across the street still has this lovely christmas decoration up. It used to be a pretty lighted christmas tree, now it's blown around and doesn't look like much. He took the rest of the decorations down in Jan. wonder if he hasn't noticed this one still up???? So, that's the news on Pinon Way !!!!

what in the world? Wow, hopefully it won't take too long to sell. Lovin' the Christmas decor in June, Brian and I would be tempted to take it down for him in the middle of the night ;)
